For my first analysis of this
Russian brandmark, I choosed the one called “3 tankmen, 3
friends”, representing two Russian crew members wearing one of
their team members apparently hurt during the destruction of their tank.
Each figurine consists of three parts, both arms and body molded by a single part.
The possible gourds and the cases with pistol come to be added to it which you can stick on figs according to your choice.
Figurines are molded in a light yellow resin of excellent quality, no bubble or deformed part was present on my copies.
The sculpture, of the figures is very fine, no detail not being thickened, even faces being of a big delicacy.
As for the negative points, I regret the fact that the heads of these
three figurines are directly molded on the body instead of being
separately molded, what will oblige a session of surgery if you wish to
put another head to one of your members of a tank crew.
Other negative point is the “weight” effect which
represents the inanimate body which doesn’t convince me more than
that; indeed, both members of a tank crew carry their friend at
arm’s length without too much gene apparently.
The position of the body of the member of a tank crew carried by his
friends doesn’t seem to me either realistic because if he was
inanimate, the posture of his body should be much more relaxed and not
tightened as it’s the case here
